All purchases of digital products and subscriptions are final once delivered or activated.

Refunds are only issued under limited conditions (see below).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The product/service was not delivered or activated.

You were billed more than once for the same purchase.

A technical issue on our end prevents access and remains unresolved.

Refund is required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Successfully delivered/activated subscriptions or downloads.

User errors (e.g., wrong plan selection).

Change of mind after purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

No prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
5. Refund Process

Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase to support@indicasoft.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
